Do I get any certificate for being a part of this program?

Yes, exceptional individuals will receive a Letter of Recommendation along with an internship opportunity at the end of the program.

What kind of time commitment is required?

The time commitment is flexible and designed to fit around your studies. We encourage you to participate actively each week by engaging in campus events, creating content, and promoting Rad Beauty to reach your goals.

Can I be an ambassador if I don’t have prior experience?

Absolutely! You don’t need prior experience—just a passion for beauty, the environment, and spreading the word about sustainable practices. We provide training, resources, and support to help you succeed.

Can I earn internship credits or recommendations?

Yes! Our Rad Reps and Ambassador Heads can list their experience on their LinkedIn profile, and exceptional participants may also receive a recommendation from Rad Beauty’s team.

Is this a paid program?

While the program offers rewards and cash incentives for specific milestones, it’s primarily a learning and advocacy role. You’ll also have opportunities to get exclusive merch and a completion certificate.
